Responsibilities/Qualifications
The successful candidates will have lead teams on large Oracle Cloud ERP programmes and will be working remotely leading the programme having to travel to client site when required.
* 20 years + experience in Oracle ERP Programme
* Create, lead and manage a change management program to smoothly roll out the ERP across all businesses and functions to secure engagement and usage
* Design, deliver and report against the Oracle Cloud ERP business case for the replacement/upgrade including implementation costs and system benefits
* Update all CxO team and Steering Committee on progress, actions needed and manage risks on their behalf
* Multiple end to end Oracle ERP implementation experience
- To share and disseminate knowledge to the programme and wider business members in clearly written and detailed deliverables
- Develop strong collaborative relationship with the team and key business stakeholders
- Works with third party and partner personnel to develop strong solutions
- 10 Years Oracle exp.
